Ohio Graduation Test - Poorer Schools Hit Hard

The Columbus Dispatch reported on July 9th that district data shows that seniors were more likely to fail portions of the Ohio Gradation Test if they attended schools that have high percentages of minorities and economically disadvantaged students, even if those same schools have had high graduation rates in the past.
